Tom Foster shares a testimony of a Satanist who gives their life to Jesus. The woman was a Satanist High Priest's daughter who had known nothing by Satanism all her life. The woman was delivered from demons when she called upon the name of ‘Jesus’. She immediately had encounters with Jesus and saw visions of Him!
"He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons;
they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it."

Jesus sets people free from all kinds of entanglements. Yes, demons are real. Yes, they can torment and even possess a person. We need to be spiritually aware – not spooked by the devil, but aware. We live in a fallen world. There are real powers of darkness at work in the lives of people. It is Jesus that sets people free from this bondage.
We need not fear, because Jesus has overcome darkness and death through his sacrifice on the cross. Jesus has given us power over darkness and encourages us to set the captives free.
Preach the glorious gospel and encourage others to cry out to Jesus. He will set them free.
