From our perspective, the sun rises and then sets — and then returns to its new place in the morning. Yet, the sun never stops shining. There are patterns upon patterns. Sequence upon sequence. Things moving around and around like clockwork. God is a master designer.
Think about how the sun never stops shining although you may not see it. In the midst of darkness, the truth can still shine in our hearts. In the midst of darkness, when we are put to the test, we remember the light. We know the light will shine again. How much more can we trust God to continue to reveal his truth again and again?
Trust in the Lord even when you can't hear or see him. He will reveal himself. Even when it is completely black and silent. He is faithful and true.
Pray for others to know and experience Jesus. Pray that they would come to know the light of the world.
